The selected hotels are located near to Putra World Trade Centre. Delegates, Exhibitors or Trade Visitors who wish to book accommodation at any of the listed hotels must complete the Registration Form. The Event Manager will forward your requirements to the respective hotels and the hotel will contact you for confirmation and payment.

Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Hotel and not directly to the Organisers / Event manager

Check-in Time
The standard check in time at hotels is 2:00 pm onwards. If a room is required prior to this time, the Hotel should be advised. Hotels may otherwise impose an additional day's charge.
